School Overview | School Activities

Each Inside Out program is unique, and a journey of its own. Our School Programs encompass all grade levels, including college, and are developmentally designed to address educational and life issues. Students are encouraged to take an active role in the discovery process and will gain insights into balancing the independent self with the need to work interdependently with others. Inside Out can assist administrators and teachers in identifying more specific class and school community goals.
Each Program topics and themes include issues such as self-awareness, group decision-making, leadership development, and analytical skills, to name a few. Promoting tolerance, patience, fair play, respect, responsibility, and confidence are also underlying program goals.

For younger students, lessons are presented in formats that account for shorter attention spans and are intermixed with fun and challenging learning opportunities. Older students are challenged with progressively more advanced experiential learning scenarios. Reflective discussions considering the importance of transferring experiences back to home and school are an important part of every program.
