Each
Program topics and themes include issues such as self-awareness,
group decision-making, leadership development, and analytical
skills, to name a few. Promoting tolerance, patience, fair
play, respect, responsibility, and confidence are also underlying
program goals.
For younger students, lessons are presented in formats that
account for shorter attention spans and are intermixed with
fun and challenging learning opportunities. Older students
are challenged with progressively more advanced experiential
learning
scenarios. Reflective discussions
considering the importance of transferring experiences back
to home and school are an important part of every program.
