Inside Out staff facilitate each part of an Inside Out program. Facilitation is a guided examination of the potential learning present in any situation. The Inside Out facilitator helps the group to make accurate observations and effective decisions. Participants are encouraged to identify ideas and actions that will help them in future challenges at home, work, and school.
