Inside Out Adult Programs are designed to increase the collaborative potential of peer and corporate teams. Whether you belong to a team of managers, frontline service providers, friends, or any group with a common goal, the structure of an Inside Out program promotes leadership and ownership, brainstorming and creativity, and exposes current group perceptions and attitudes.

Communication patterns, relationship patterns, and the collective attitude(s) of the group (or company) in its entirety are some of the things that will ultimately determine group productivity and morale. When the team is in synchronicity, the work environment and process is productive and healthy. These are the foundations upon which effective teams are built. Inside Out believes that every member possesses a capacity for leadership and contribution.

Project deadlines, schedule pressures, and personal lives often cause us to focus only on getting the job done and the immediate task, rather than on other aspects of the “process" that are equally important. Inside Out programs and activities strive to cultivate undiscovered potential in each individual and throughout the team, while bringing underlying processes to the surface for examination. Your group will collectively progress through developmental stages. Different stages require different skill sets and different programs.

Experiences can be designed from ½ day to multiple days and may be based at
a facility or involve adventure travel (please also see our travel programs page).
Each program is facilitated and guided by Inside Out staff - in fact the most common piece of feedback we receive is appreciation for the number and quality of the staff involved with each program. An Inside Out program combines fun and adventure with learning possibility.
